These half or full day sessions add value because we structure them to include real-world examples relevant to each sessions’ attendees. We are as committed as you are to ensuring a successful roll-out and ongoing Return on Investment so these training services are included within our subscription fees at no extra charge.
• Web-based Training: Our web-based training program complements our on-site to extend our reach and train those users who are located off-site or simply can not dedicate a whole morning or afternoon to a single session. Web-based training sessions are 90 minutes in length and bring users up to speed in three easy sessions. Web-based training sessions are free and also an effective tool getting virtual teams up-to-speed before starting a market analysis-related project (e.g. capture, strategy, M&A, etc.). These sessions are also recorded and available to be viewed online at any time.
• Phone Support: While we document our data and methodology to provide insight into our forecasts and overall approach, it is sometimes necessarily for our customers to contact us with questions. Phone support is included in our Jane's DS Forecast subscription fees at no extra charge. Whether it is a content-related question or our customer needs some help using the online system, help is just a phone call away.
• Email Support: For the more complex questions that may not be time-sensitive, we also offer support by email. This service is also included and is generally used by customers who have very detailed questions regarding our data.
